I can't call it new, but its as close you can get. I purchased this mitt new 10 years ago to play catch with my nephews, they are off college now, don't need. The exterior of the mitt is soft, clean leather. The palm side of the interior had a leather like finish that is gone, revealing soft, surface with faux fur.
