As far as fitting goes, this glove is a tight fit on my average adult size hand, it in the finger stalls and around wrist does NOT have Velcro strap. This glove is for the RIGHT handed thrower as fits on LEFT hand. So your young player will not struggle with a hard to use glove. So once the ball enters pocket of this glove it will not pop out.

The 8th and the 9th photos show how glove wraps itself around a full size 12 inch round softball that's in case you decided to use this for. So the inner lining is in excellent condition as glove extremely comfortable to hand and fingers all way up through finger stalls. The glove is fully broken in and it totally game ready. I personally go through and try on every glove that sell to describe the condition feel of best my ability.

I have an Easton Boys MAKO Elite Fully Broken In Tight Fit 11.5 Baseball Glove in excellent condition. The glove also has an incredible pocket as you can clearly see in the photos. There is no ink or marker anywhere on the glove. This particular glove is in great shape.

Balls are not included. The inner lining has a slight bit of surface roughness but it is really no big deal as there damage, rips or tears.
