Balls are not included. This glove is perfectly broken in and it totally game ready. This particular glove is butter soft and it feels amazing on the hand. So its not a loose fit glove but crazy tight either.

In my opinion this glove will work for a girl or women. I personally go through and try on every glove that sell to describe the condition feel of best my ability. This glove is for the RIGHT handed thrower as fits on LEFT hand. As far as fitting goes, this glove is snug but comfortable fit on my adult size hand.

But it is really no big deal as there damage to the interior of this mitt extremely comfortable hand and fingers all way up through finger stalls. This mitt also has an incredible pocket as you can clearly see in the photos. The inner lining has a slight bit of surface roughness to it. I have a Rawlings Womens Girls GGE125B 12.5 Softball Gold Glove Series in excellent condition.

So once the ball enters pocket of this glove it is not going to pop out.
