It is well broken in and is ready for use right away.

As stated above it does need to be oiled but the laces are intact.

It is made out of 100 leather and the wrist strap has a soft almost fleece like lining to prevent chaffing when playing. Selling is a Wilson's a2522 catcher's mitt in good condition.
